Returns & Refunds

Overview

All pieces offered through MYA ROYAL and iñi are created to order, unless otherwise specified.

Whether handcrafted in the atelier or produced in custom color through our manufacturing partners, each item is made specifically for the client who orders it. We do not operate from stock.

For this reason, all sales are considered final.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because your piece is created just for you:

  • We do not accept returns based on size, preference, or change of mind
  • We do not offer exchanges once production has begun or the item has shipped

We encourage thoughtful selection prior to purchase. If you have questions about sizing, color, or materials, we are always available to guide you before your order is placed.

Damage or Defect

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photographs and a brief description. We will review each case carefully and arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution.

Exceptions (Rare Cases)

In the unlikely event that a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return authorization must be granted in advance

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a return is approved and received, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.

A Note on Craft & Variation

Many pieces are created using hand processes and natural materials.

Subtle variations in color, texture, and form are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.
