Welcome to the new Royal family. Presented at Artists For Humanity in South Boston and organized by Living Arts Boston, this runway show brought a spirit of play, color, and celebration to a curated selection of atelier favorites. The collection embraced bold, expressive hues punctuated by moments of soft neutrality while inviting a sense of humor and theatricality through unexpected props: an ear horn, a garden rake, a feather duster, even a glowing dress form. The atmosphere was alive from the start, with an audience that didn’t simply observe but responded by cheering, laughing, and fully engaging with the models’ performative energy. What unfolded was less a traditional show and more a shared experience, where fashion, personality, and joy moved together down the runway. The result was something warm, vibrant, and unmistakably communal with a feeling of one extended, celebratory Royal family gathered in motion.
